By accepting these Terms or using the Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the Application and Services immediately. If you have questions regarding these Terms, you are advised to pause use until those questions are resolved.
■ Right to Modify the Application
We reserve the right, within the scope permitted by law, to unilaterally modify, suspend, or terminate the Application or parts of its functions. You will still be bound by obligations under these Terms, including warranties made, and subject to disclaimers and liability limitations. Termination of access does not create liability for us to you or any third party.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and update the Service from time to time. Revised Terms will be published on the Service page, and the revision date shall be the effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

■ User Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify us and related parties, including employees, agents, directors, contractors, partners, and service providers, for:
- Claims, damages, or lawsuits arising from violations of these Terms
- Misuse of the Application, rewards, advertising, withdrawal systems, or third-party services
- Associated legal fees and expenses
We reserve the right to participate in defense and settlement negotiations. No settlement may be made without our written approval if it compromises our interests.
■ User Conduct
The Application may not be used for:
- Unauthorized, illegal, or harmful activities against us or third parties
- Distributing malicious code, spyware, viruses, automation scripts, or harmful tools
- Interfering with network services or attempting unauthorized access
- Disrupting normal operations or others' lawful use of the Application
- Manipulating search engine results, recommendations, ad impressions, task progress, episode watching records, rewards, check-ins, levels, or withdrawal eligibility
- Using bots, emulators, fake devices, multiple accounts, modified apps, hacking tools, API abuse, or similar methods to obtain improper benefits
- Falsely representing identity or affiliations
- Uploading or transmitting content containing pornography, violence, discrimination, hate speech, defamation, or other illegal content
- Engaging in threats, harassment, fraud, or incitement to crime
- Damaging our or our affiliates' reputation
■ Limitation of Liability and Warranty
The Application and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, error-free operation, ad availability, reward availability, withdrawal availability, or content availability in every region. Any claim against us must be filed within one year of the cause of action; otherwise, it will be permanently barred to the extent permitted by law.
■ Intellectual Property
We exclusively own or are licensed the following rights:
- All software, text, media, videos, images, data, and other content within the Application, collectively referred to as Proprietary Content
- Trademarks, logos, brand elements, interface design, and service features
No Proprietary Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, reverse engineered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.

■ Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected in other jurisdictions.
■ Accounts and Security
- Account Information: The Application may use a UID, device identifier, or similar account profile. Withdrawals require valid payment information supported by the Application, such as name, phone number, OVO account, DANA account, or another payment account shown in the withdrawal page.
- Information Security: Users must safeguard their device, UID, payment account, and submitted withdrawal information.
- Accuracy: Incorrect or incomplete payment information may cause withdrawal failure, delay, or loss. You are responsible for the information you submit.

If you have comments or suggestions during use, please contact customer support through the Contact Us entry inside the Application. We encourage user feedback to improve our services.
■ Withdrawal Process
- Account Verification:
A valid supported withdrawal account must be provided. Format or eligibility validation may occur during review or payment. Invalid information may result in withdrawal failure.
- Withdrawal Requirements:
Withdrawal may require minimum amounts, episode watching duration, ad completion, task completion, check-ins, user level, or other conditions shown in the Application.
- Withdrawal Review:
During peak times, holidays, weekends, high user activity periods, payment channel delays, or risk review, processing may take additional time. Please be patient as we process requests as quickly as possible.
- Violation Handling:
In cases of cheating, hacking tools, modified apps, emulator abuse, fake devices, bot activity, repeated abnormal claims, or API abuse, we reserve the right to declare rewards invalid and reject, cancel, reverse, or adjust withdrawals. Users must strictly comply with the Terms of Use.
- Taxes and Fees:
Users are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges required by applicable law or payment providers.
